There is nothing more mysterious and unfathomable than outer space. With recent recordings taken from space missions now in the public domain, it is possible to use one's sonic imagination to create new aural environments that are truly not of this world.

"Void Above" incorporates recordings of outer space sounds taken from the University of Iowa, Maarble Public Outreach, and Nasa Inspire web sites. It's aim is to engender it's own intimate sonic environment which transports the listener deep into the outer reaches of space. "Space is the place for the human race." Sun Ra
